Shreedev Steel Works

Pratap Nagar is where we spend our days at Shreedev Steel Works. It’s a busy spot right near Ram Kutiya Hospital, so there is always some noise from the street or the hospital traffic. Our place is Plot No. D 188 and it is mostly full of steel rods, sheets, and the smell of welding. We have been doing this for a while now. The workshop isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s just a practical space where we cut and shape metal. Some days it gets pretty hot inside, especially when the machines have been running since morning. We usually start early and the floor is always covered in small metal scraps. You can see the hospital from our front gate. Most people around here know us because we’ve been at this location for quite some time. We don't really have a big office or a lobby. It’s just the work area and a small corner for paperwork. If someone needs something made of steel, they just walk in and talk to us. We handle the heavy stuff ourselves and the trucks come and go all day. It gets dusty, but that is just how it is when you work with steel. We like being in this part of Pratap Nagar because everything is close by. It’s a straightforward shop with regular people doing regular work and making things that last.
