You can find us over at Roshan Tower, which is part of the Roshan Motors building. We are right across from Ganpati Enclave on Ajmer Road. It is one of the busier parts of Jaipur, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a modest space here where we handle the LLP's business. Most of what we do involves looking at land and figuring out how to manage it. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who show up every morning and get to work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something we're not. We just know the local real estate and land scene in Rajasthan quite well. The office is often full of folders and old records because we like to keep track of everything ourselves. Ajmer Road is a good place to be based because it connects us to so many other parts of the city. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for people to visit, but we are usually here until late anyway. We don't have any scripted speeches for when people call us. We just tell them what we know. It is a very direct way of doing things. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years from this office, and we are just happy to still be a part of it and keep going.
