We are located at number 609 in Vivek Vihar, right off New Sanganer Road in Sodala. It’s a busy area and we like being in the middle of it. Our work is mainly about building homes for people. We started this LLP because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape. The office is usually a bit messy with site photos and material samples lying around. We spend a lot of time on New Sanganer Road moving between different spots. Sodala is a place where a lot is happening, and we see new families moving in all the time. Our day starts early, usually checking on the crews and making sure they have what they need. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a polished waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a plumbing layout or a roof design. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together. We’ve been around Vivek Vihar for a while and we know the local suppliers and workers. It’s a community-based business for us. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to build solid homes that people can actually live in without issues. It’s hard work, but seeing a house finished is a good feeling. We have been here for years and hope to stay for many more in this neighborhood. We just take things as they come.
