Our office is over in Vaishali Nagar, at unit 117 in the Crown Square building. It’s right on Gandhi Path, so it's a pretty easy location to get to. We’ve been here for some time now and have seen the neighborhood grow. The office itself is fairly simple, with some chairs and a table where we sit down with people to discuss their trips. It’s usually just the sound of the fans and the phones ringing. We aren't a big corporation, just a local group trying to keep things moving. We spend many hours looking at schedules and trying to figure out the timing for trips. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people call at once, but we deal with it. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or walk in while they are at Crown Square. It’s a lot of back and forth with the drivers to make sure everything is ready. We keep a lot of files and registers, and sometimes the desk gets buried under paper. Vaishali Nagar is a busy part of Jaipur, so there is always someone coming by. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just arrange the travel plans and handle the logistics from this small office. It's just a regular day-to-day business life for us here. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the files.
