Shree Krishna Hardware Store

We have been here on Station Road right by the Sindhi Campus bus stand for a good while now. It gets really busy around here with all the buses coming in and out, but we like the spot. If you walk past the main gate of the bus stand, you’ll find us easily. Most days start with us sweeping the dust off the front step because the traffic is constant. We keep a lot of stuff piled up in the back—nuts, bolts, plumbing pipes, and all those small things you forget you need until something breaks at home. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit as much as possible on the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact size of a washer or a specific screw, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. My cousin helps out when it gets crowded. We don’t really do fancy displays or anything. People just come in, ask for what they want, and we get it for them. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when it’s quiet and watch the travelers rushing to catch their ride. It’s a loud place to work but it’s home for us. We deal with locals and sometimes people just passing through who need a quick fix for their luggage or something. It’s just a regular hardware shop trying to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it.
