Shree Dhanraaj Build Tech Llp is based right here in Chauta village. We are part of the Kutiyana Taluka, down in the Porbandar area. It’s a rural spot, and the way we work reflects that. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, looking at plots of land or checking on how a wall is going up. Chauta is a small place, so everyone knows who we are and where to find us. We don't use much technology that isn't absolutely necessary. We prefer to do things the way they’ve been done for years, with good materials and a bit of hard work. The weather out here in the Kutiyana Sub Division can be tough, especially when it gets really hot, but the crew is used to it. We work with the local soil and whatever materials we can get nearby to keep things simple. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough getting to the sites, but our trucks handle it. We deal with a lot of farming families who want to build a new shed or a house extension. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We have our office in Chauta Soow, which is basically just a room with some chairs and a lot of maps. It’s not much to look at, but it’s where we plan everything out. We take things one day at a time and try to stay helpful to the neighbors.
