Our place is out in Muhana, over at Badi Ki Dhani, care of Mahesh Kumar Sharma. It’s a bit outside the main rush of Jaipur, which we actually prefer. Sanganer is a busy tehsil, and there is always some new development popping up. As Shree Balaji Pinkcity Developers, we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful for people. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of walking through dusty fields and checking boundaries. We aren't the kind of developers who sit in air-conditioned offices all day. We’re usually out where the dirt is. The address at Badi Ki Dhani is where we handle all the paperwork and meet with people who are interested in what we’re doing. We try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn't. Jaipur is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the demand for good space. We don’t use big words to sound important. We just know the land around here and we know how to develop it. Sometimes the paperwork at the Jaipur offices takes forever, but we’ve learned to be patient. It’s a slow process but seeing a new project come to life makes it worth the effort. We’re just local guys doing our best to build something decent in our own backyard.
