You can find Shree Bala Ji Associates right at the start of Roshan Market in Shop No. 1. We've been based here in Vaishali Nagar for a good bit of time now. It’s a busy area, especially with Gandhi Path and Chitracoot so close by. If you’re looking for us, we are just near Bharat Apartment. The market stays pretty active throughout the day, so there is always something going on outside the shop door. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop in about their property needs. It’s not a large office, but it works for what we do. Jaipur has changed a lot, and being in this part of town means we see plenty of new faces. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to park, but usually, people find a spot nearby. The tea stall around the corner is where I usually go for a break when things get too quiet in the shop. Vaishali Nagar is a great area because it feels like a small town within a big city. People here are friendly and they often stop by just to say hello even if they don't need anything. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s just how things work in this part of Jaipur. The shop gets a bit of sun in the late afternoon, making it quite warm, but we have a good ceiling fan to keep us cool.
