Start with the location. We're over at Navkar Colony. Near Sundar Paradise. It’s a busy spot near New Sanganer Road. Most days we are just here at Plot 21. It’s not a fancy office, just where we do our work at Shoreline Colonizers Llp. People come in to ask about plots or just to say hello. My desk is usually covered in maps and old files. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, which is annoying. We've been in this part of town for a while now. The road outside gets pretty dusty in the summer. We handle a lot of the land stuff around here. It takes time. Dealing with the paperwork is the hardest part. You spend hours at the government offices and then come back here to fix things. We aren't trying to be big or anything. Just keeping things moving for the local folks. It’s a small team, mostly just me and a couple of others. We know the neighbors pretty well. If you pass by Sundar Paradise, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place to work. Sometimes we stay late when the projects are busy. Other times we close up early if the weather is too hot. That’s just how it goes here. We like the area, even with the traffic on New Sanganer Road getting worse every year. It feels like home now. We just try to be straightforward with everyone. It saves time for us.
