Shivkailash Adobes Private Limited is located at 46, Siddarth Nagar in the Jagatpura area. It is basically a small office where a few of us sit and handle all the paperwork for the construction projects we have going on. Most days start with tea and checking the schedules for the laborers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers about cement and bricks because things never arrive exactly when you need them. The neighborhood here is growing quite fast, so there is always noise from new buildings being put up nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and files everywhere, but it gets the job done. We mostly focus on residential stuff around this part of the city. Sometimes we are out at the sites all day under the sun making sure the walls are going up straight. It’s hard work and it gets dusty. We’ve been here for a while now and know the local roads pretty well. People often drop by just to ask about land or what we are building next. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us trying to get the houses finished so people can move in. When the weather is good, we get more done, but during the rains, everything slows down and we just sit in the office organizing the blueprints and bills.
