You can find us at Shop No-25 in Devi Nagar, right on the New Sanganer Road. Being near the Nokia showroom makes it easy for people to locate us. Most of the work we do involves people looking for a place to stay on rent. That’s why we have "To-Let" right in the name. It’s a small shop, but we keep it busy. Every morning we check the listings and see who has a vacant room or a shop for lease. New Sanganer Road is always loud with traffic, so there’s a lot of energy around the shop. We get students, families, and even small shop owners coming in. They tell us what they need, and we look through our notes. It’s not a complicated process. We just try to match the right person with the right house. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find a place that isn't too expensive for the tenant. We handle the basic talk between the landlord and the tenant so there aren't too many headaches later for anyone. The tea stall nearby is where we spend some time if the office gets too cramped or if we need a break. We’ve been in Devi Nagar long enough to know the landlords by name and which buildings are good. It’s just us doing our bit to help people settle in this part of town.
