Shree Salashar Property

We are set up in Sector 6 over in Pratap Nagar. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet compared to the main city, which is why a lot of families like looking around here. Shree Salashar Property has been running out of this small office for some time. I usually get here early before the sun gets too strong to organize the files for the day. Most of what we do is just talking to neighbors or people moving into the sector for the first time. We know which blocks are good and which ones have issues with the water or the roads. It’s not a big corporate operation, just us handling things one day at a time. Sometimes someone drops by without calling first and we just sit and talk about what’s happening in the local market. The sector has grown a lot lately, lots of new houses going up where there used to be empty space. We keep track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. It's a lot of walking around and checking on sites to make sure everything looks right. I’ve lived around this part of town for years, so I know the shortcuts and the shops. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from their friends or relatives. We just try to be helpful and keep the process moving without too much fuss. It feels good to see a new family finally get their keys. There is always something new to learn about the area.
