You can find Chankya Property over on Sikar Road. We are specifically located in Murlipura, Sindhu Nagar. It’s a busy part of town, but we’ve made a good home for our business here. Our office is pretty basic and functional. We’ve got the usual things you'd expect—desks, a few chairs, and some maps of the local plots pinned to the walls. We don't do much in the way of marketing or advertising. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or a friend told them to come talk to us. We handle a bit of everything, from small plots of land to family houses. Sikar Road always has something going on, so there is never a dull moment. We spend our days answering questions about land prices and who owns which bit of property. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. We aren't a big chain of real estate agents with offices all over the country. We just know Murlipura and Sindhu Nagar really well. We’ve seen the local roads get busier and new buildings go up every year. We just try to keep up with all the changes as they happen. Sometimes we’re out on the road most of the day, other times we are just sitting here in the office waiting for the phone to ring. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. We just help you buy or sell.
