You can find us at F-9-10 in the Ganesham Tower over in Vaishali Nagar. It is a busy building and we have been here for a while now. We mostly focus on rentals and getting people into apartments without having too much fuss. The tower is easy to spot if you are coming from the main road. Our office is tucked away on the floor but we have a small sign up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different flats in the area. Vaishali Nagar has grown so much since we first started. There are always people walking around looking for "to-let" signs on the gates. We keep a simple list of what is available in the different blocks nearby. It is not a very big team here, just a couple of us working through the day. Sometimes we grab lunch at the corner food stall and talk to the locals. That is often how we find out about new places coming up for rent before anyone else does. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually find us by word of mouth or just walking past the tower and seeing the name. It is a straightforward business. We show the place, talk about the monthly rent, and handle the keys. We try to be honest about which buildings have water issues or where the parking is a bit tight.
