Pratap Property & Tolet Service

We are based out of Pratap Nagar, right on the Haldighati Road. It is a really busy spot, especially with us being so close to Prakash Hospital. We mostly help people find a place to stay or sort out various property things around this specific area. It started off quite small and we just kept going with it over the years. Dealing with rentals can be a bit of a headache for most folks, so we try to handle that middle part where all the talking happens. The office itself is not anything special to look at, just a simple place for us to meet and sign the necessary papers. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing for hours and other times it is completely quiet. We know the streets and blocks around here pretty well since we are out walking to show flats or shops quite often. Haldighati Road always has a lot of movement. If you are looking for where we are, just head towards the hospital and you will find the building without much trouble. We do not use any fancy computer software or anything, just a thick notebook and some lists of who has what available right now. People come in looking for a small room or maybe a shop space and we see what is on the list that day. It is basic work but it keeps us very busy. We have met all sorts of people lately who are new to the area and need help.
