Kamlesh Properties is located at number 1 in the Murlipura Scheme on Shiv Nagar Scheme Road. We are a small local real estate setup. We’ve been in this spot for a good amount of time and most people around Shiv Nagar know where we are. We don't have any big flashy signs or a modern glass office. It’s just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to move. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood looking at plots and houses that are coming up for sale. It’s a growing area and things change fast. We try to keep a list of who wants to buy and who wants to sell in our area. It’s mostly just us talking to neighbors and keeping track of things in our old ledger. Sometimes we have a tea and just wait for someone to drop by. We don't do much online stuff, we prefer talking to people face to face. It feels more honest that way. If someone needs a place to rent or a plot to build on, they usually find their way to our door on Scheme Road. We handle the basic paperwork and help with the negotiations between the two parties. It’s not a complicated business but it takes a lot of time to get things right. We just keep at it every day and try to stay helpful.
