Our office is situated at 10/480 in Malviya Nagar, quite close to the G T area. If you’ve spent any time in Malviya Nagar, you know it’s a crowded and lively place. We focus on property sales and to-let services, which means we spend a lot of time helping people find a place to rent or buy. It’s a busy job because people are always moving in Malviya Nagar. We aren't a big agency with a lot of branches. We’re just local folks who know which lanes have the best flats and which landlords are easy to deal with. Our office is small and often full of people coming in to check the latest listings. We don't have a polished website or a sales team. Usually, it’s just us writing things down in a notebook or on a whiteboard. We try to be helpful and honest about the places we show. If a house has a leaky tap or a noisy neighbor, we’ll probably tell you. We think it’s better that way so nobody gets a surprise later. Dealing with rents and deposits can be stressful for people, so we try to keep the process as simple as possible. It’s a lot of running around, showing properties, and getting keys made, but we’ve been doing it for years. We're just part of the neighborhood, doing what we can for the people here.
