We are located at number 45 in Nemi Nagar Extension, which is part of the Vaishali Nagar area in Jaipur. SHIV NANDAN BUILD HOME LLP is a small outfit. We do not really do the corporate thing. Most of the time, we are out on-site, but this is where we keep all our records and meet people when necessary. Vaishali Nagar is a busy part of town, so being here is convenient for everyone. We deal with a lot of residential stuff. It is mostly about making sure the walls are straight and the roofs do not leak. We have had this office for a while now. It is a bit messy with papers and samples, but that is how we like it. It shows we are actually working. We do not have a big mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just build houses. It is simple work, though it can be stressful when the heavy rain hits or when prices for cement go up suddenly. We have got a small team that knows what they are doing. People in Rajasthan know that construction takes a lot of patience. We try to stay honest about how long things take. No point in making promises we cannot keep. It is just us here, trying to make a living and building decent homes for people in the neighborhood.
