We are based in Amar Nagar, specifically at C-51 near Khirni Phatak in the Khatipura area. It’s more of a residential spot than a commercial one, which we like. The office is basically just a room where we handle all the bookings and talk to the drivers. It’s nothing too polished or modern, just a practical space with some desks and chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you can imagine. Khirni Phatak can be a real mess with traffic, so we often hear the horns while we are working. It’s a lot of coordination, checking on cars and making sure passengers are picked up on time. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like a driver getting stuck in traffic, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come in, one of us will just pull up a chair for you. Most of the people we help are from the local neighborhood. We have been in Khatipura for a long time, so we know the roads and the shortcuts pretty well. It’s simple, honest work. We just take the bookings and do our best to keep the schedules straight. The office might be a bit small, but it's where everything happens. We don’t do much advertising; we just rely on people knowing we are here in Amar Nagar. Usually, the neighbor's dog is barking outside while we're trying to talk to clients.
