We are located at E-44 in Lal Bahadur Nagar, Ramjipura. This is right near the JLN Marg in Jaipur, which is a pretty major road. Our office for Sheer Developers LLP is nothing too special, just a place where we can sit down and get the planning done. Jaipur is a fast-growing place, so there is always some kind of construction noise in the background. We spend most of our mornings dealing with the site supervisors and making sure the supplies are arriving at the right spots. It is a lot of work and things can get a bit messy with all the dust and the heat. We don't have any polished marketing speeches to give. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the buildings are progressing like they should. Sometimes the traffic on JLN Marg makes us late for meetings, but that is just how it is living in a big city like this. Our neighborhood in Ramjipura is full of local shops and families, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the community. We don't wear suits or anything corporate. We are usually in regular clothes, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. It is a busy life, but it’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the projects moving forward.
