Shayona Properties is right here in Sector 3, Ajmer Road, Chitrakoot Scheme, Near Step By Step School, and if you know that area, then you pretty much know where we are. The school traffic can be a bit much in the mornings, but it’s a good landmark for people visiting us. We handle property stuff for people looking to move into this part of town or maybe sell what they have. It’s a decent area and we have seen a lot of changes over the years. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a regular place where we sit down and talk about houses and land. Most of the people who come in are locals or folks who want to live near Ajmer Road. We don’t go in for those big fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just a conversation over a cup of tea about what’s available. Being in Chitrakoot Scheme gives us a good view of what’s happening with the prices and the new builds. We’ve been here long enough to know which pockets of Sector 3 are quiet and which ones are getting busier. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on sites, but that’s the job. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door asking about a plot. It’s honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood here. It is what keeps us going every day.
