We have been operating out of Mukherjee Colony in Shastri Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy area and we like being right at A No. 1 where everyone can find us. Construction is hard work, mostly involving a lot of site visits and dealing with various materials every day. We spend most of our mornings checking on projects and the afternoons are usually for paperwork or meeting folks who stop by the office. It isn’t always glamorous. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but that is just part of building things from the ground up. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the local area well. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks and some blueprints lying around. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. When we started Patria Heights Builders And Developers, we just wanted to do honest work and stay busy. Sometimes things go wrong with supplies or the weather doesn’t help, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's about getting the walls up and making sure everything is solid. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about a plot or a new build. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick in Shastri Nagar. It's a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps us grounded in what we do every single day. We keep it simple.
