Sharp Diamond Tools Pvt. Ltd is located at H1-623 in the Sitapura Industrial Area, right near Tonk Road. It is a standard industrial plot where we do all our manufacturing. The sounds of grinding and cutting are pretty much constant from eight in the morning until we close up. Being near Tonk Road makes it easier for the trucks to find us, though the traffic near Sitapura can be a nightmare in the evenings. Our space at H1-623 is filled with specialized tools and various diamond-tipped products we work on every day. It is a hands-on kind of place. Most of us wear work clothes that get dirty pretty fast. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to show up on time and do their job. The office part is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a desk where we handle the billing. We spend most of our time on the factory floor anyway. It gets quite stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We have been at this location for a while and have a rhythm going. It is about getting the dimensions right and making sure the tools are ready for the customers. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some safety posters. It is just us working hard in Sitapura.
