Shantinath Buildtech Private Limited has been operating out of C-193 in the Moti Doongri Schemeban Marg area for a while now. If you know Tilak Nagar, you’ve probably passed by our spot. It’s just a regular office where we handle all the buildtech side of things. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and planning. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with technical details for projects across the region. It isn't always glamorous, honestly. Some mornings the office is quiet, and other times it's a mess of site maps and phone calls that don't seem to stop. Being in Tilak Nagar is convenient because most things are close by, which helps when we need to get out to a site quickly. We’ve stayed at this location because it works for us and the people who come to see us. There's a lot of activity on the street usually, so there is always something going on outside the window. We focus on getting the building work done right without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got a small team here at Shantinath Buildtech and we just try to keep things moving forward day by day. It’s practical work. We don’t have fancy lobby displays or anything like that, just desks, computers, and people trying to finish their tasks before the sun goes down. It’s how we’ve always run things here in Jaipur.
