Our office for Shakuntlam Colonizers Pvt. Ltd. is in Geetanjali Tower, specifically suites 103 and 104. We are situated on Ajmer Road, which is a major route, so there’s always a lot of activity outside. We’ve been working from this building for several years. We deal mostly with developing plots and organizing land colonies in the outlying areas. It’s a bit more involved than just renting flats. We have to deal with surveyors, local authorities, and all sorts of maps. The office is usually full of blueprints and large-scale drawings of different projects. It’s not a very fancy place, despite the "Pvt. Ltd." in our name; we’re just a group of people trying to get these projects finished. We spend our days talking to buyers and making sure the site work is moving along. Ajmer Road is a busy place to be, but it makes it easy for people to find us when they want to invest in land. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our clients come from seeing our boards at the sites or hearing about us from someone else who bought a plot. It’s a long process from raw land to a finished colony, and we’re here for every step of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work, even when the paperwork gets frustrating or the weather stops us from visiting the sites for a few days.
