Shaksham Tours & Travels

We’ve been running Shaksham Tours & Travels for a while now. Our office is tucked away at 27 Civil Lines, specifically on Shiv Marg, just behind the Raj Bhawan. It's a quiet spot but easy to find once you know the landmark. We spend most of our days answering calls about car rentals and bus bookings. It gets pretty busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to head out of town. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us sitting here planning routes. We try to keep things straightforward for people who just need to get from one place to another without a lot of fuss. Most of the folks who come to us are locals from around Civil Lines or people who heard about us from a neighbor. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk about where you need to go. Working near Raj Bhawan is nice because the area is well-kept. We’ve seen the streets change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. If you’re walking down Shiv Marg, you can stop by. We usually have the door open unless the air conditioning is on during those really hot summer afternoons. It’s just us here, making sure the drivers are ready and the cars are clean for the next trip. Nothing too complicated, just a small travel setup.
