We are located at Plot No. 68/93 in Pratap Nagar. Sethbadri Narayan Developers Private Limited is what's on the sign outside, but to us, it’s just the place where we spend most of our daylight hours. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with enough chairs and a decent enough internet connection when it decides to work properly. Pratap Nagar is a growing area, so there’s always something happening nearby, like a new shop opening or some road work going on. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors and checking on how things are going at different sites. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Some days the coffee machine breaks and everyone gets a bit grumpy, but we usually find a way to fix it or just send someone to the corner shop. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job and make sure our projects are handled properly without too many headaches. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in development, more than you’d think, and our desks usually show it. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is kept. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind as it comes. It's just a bunch of us trying to make a living and build a few things along the way.
