Sengar Builder and Developers Private Limited is located over here in Swami Sarvanand Colony-II, right on Nayla Road in Jaipur. It gets pretty dusty out this way, but we’ve been at it for a while now. Most days start early before the sun gets too high because that Rajasthan heat is no joke once it hits noon. We are just a small team of people trying to get things built without too much fuss. Our office at Plot No. 80 isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the files and talk to people who drop by. Usually, there's a lot of talk about cement prices and where the labor is coming from that day. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out in the sun checking on how the walls are coming up. It's a lot of repetitive work, honestly. Mixing mortar, checking levels, and making sure the bricks show up on time is what our weeks look like. Sometimes the trucks are late and it throws everything off, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy meetings. If someone wants to see us, they just come down to Jaisinghpura Khor and find the office. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on with the neighbors or some new shop opening up nearby. We just keep our heads down and handle the projects as they come in.
