You can find us at C 16 in Jagannathpuri, which is tucked away near Sector 64 off Sheopur Road. We’re out in the Sanganer area of Jaipur, so we see a lot of the city’s expansion happening right before our eyes. It’s a dusty part of town sometimes, with all the new roads and buildings going up, but that’s where the work is. We started Sehara Buildtech because we wanted to be involved in the actual building process. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some chairs and a table where we can look at plans. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy titles. We’re just regular folks who know how to put things together. The Jaipur heat can be tough in the middle of the day, so we usually start early. Dealing with the traffic on Sheopur Road is just part of the daily routine for us. We’ve been around this neighborhood long enough to know the local suppliers and how things work in this part of Rajasthan. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a PR department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we can do. It’s about getting the bricks and mortar in the right place at the end of the day. That’s what matters to us most. We are just here doing our bit in Sanganer.
