Seema Industries

Seema Industries is based out of H-779 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone like Sitapura means there is always a lot of truck movement and noise around us. We operate as a small manufacturing unit. We spend most of our time on the production floor making sure the machines are running and the output is what it should be. It is a lot of routine work, checking measurements and moving materials from one side of the shed to the other. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. The summers get really hot in the shed, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while. We know our neighbors in the other units and sometimes we borrow tools or help each other out with loading. Running a place in an industrial area is mostly about dealing with logistics and power cuts. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our real work happens by hand or at the machines. It’s a straightforward life. We show up, run the day’s production, and head home. H-779 is just a regular spot in a big busy area, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the manufacturing tasks at hand.
