Our office is at 204 Aishwarya Tower, which is on Ajmer Road in the Civil Line area. Satyam Township Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us working out of this room with a view of the busy street below. Most of our time is spent looking at maps, handling piles of paperwork, and talking to people about land and plots. Ajmer Road is always loud with traffic, so we usually keep the windows shut to get any real work done. It is not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of waiting around for permissions and checking on sites when the weather is either too hot or too dusty. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. People come in with a lot of questions, and we try to give them clear answers based on what we actually know. We don't use a lot of fancy real estate talk. We just show what’s available and explain the process as simply as possible. Sometimes we go out to the sites and spend the whole day in the sun, then come back here to finish the filing. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been in Aishwarya Tower for a while, and it feels like a second home now, even with all the clutter of blueprints.
