Sanwalia Tours Travels

Sanwalia Tours Travels has been operating out of Katewa Nagar for some time now. Our office is at 421 on New Sanganer Road, which is a pretty busy area most days. If you’ve ever tried to park a car around here, you know it can be a bit of a challenge. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with brochures and train schedules. We handle a lot of phone calls throughout the day. It’s usually about someone wanting to go to the mountains or needing a car for a wedding. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the roads well. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is always annoying. We try to keep things simple. If a driver is running late because of traffic on the highway, we just tell the customer the truth. There’s no point in making up stories. My desk is right by the window so I see all the bikes zooming past on New Sanganer Road. It’s a loud place but we like the energy. We’ve known some of our clients for years; they just walk in and sit down for a chat before even talking about travel plans. That’s the way we like to run things. It’s more about the people than just the bookings. It gets hot in the summer, but the fan keeps us going.
