Sant Gd Land Developers Llp is located in A.B. Tower, specifically at Flat No.100, which is 104A/296 on P. Road in Rambagh. Being in a tower like this is a bit different from being in a standalone office, but it works for us. P. Road is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We spend our time here looking at land opportunities and figuring out how to develop them. It involves a lot of staring at maps and talking to various owners and contractors. Rambagh is a central location, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city when we need to inspect a piece of land. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, a few cabinets for files, and a place to make some tea. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look; we just want to get the work done right. Land development is a lot of paperwork and waiting for approvals, which can be a bit tedious, but it’s all part of the game. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have a good routine going. Sometimes the elevator in the tower acts up, which is a bit of a pain when we are in a hurry, but we manage. It’s a practical space for a practical business.
