Sankalp Tours & Travels

Sankalp Tours & Travels is located at G-29 in the Pink City Tower. We are in the Bani Park area, right near the old Peetal Factory. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our office isn't much to look at. We have a few desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our days helping people get their travel plans sorted. Whether it’s booking a car for a day trip or getting train tickets, we handle the small stuff that can be a headache for others. We started this business because we knew the local roads well. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of experts. It’s just us. We deal with the local taxi drivers and hotels directly. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like when a bus is late, but we always try to make it right for the person traveling. The phone rings a lot during the tourist season. We drink plenty of tea to keep going. We like it when people come back and tell us about their trips. It makes the long hours in the office feel a bit more worth it. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone’s cousin told them to come talk to us. We just keep it simple and focus on the work.
