We have our little shop right on the main road in Vaishali Nagar, at C 313. If you know the area, you’ve probably passed by us a dozen times. We deal with all sorts of properties around here. It could be a small plot for a house or maybe someone looking for a shop to rent. We don’t have a big team or a call center. It’s just us sitting in the office waiting for the next person to walk in with a question. The main road is always noisy, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We try to keep a list of what’s available on the wall, though it changes pretty fast. Sometimes we have to run out to show a house and leave a note on the door. It’s not the most organized way to run a business, but it works for Vaishali Nagar. People around here appreciate a straight answer. We don't try to sugarcoat things if a place has issues with the plumbing or the paperwork. It is better to be honest from the start so nobody gets a surprise later. We've seen families grow and move into bigger places, and we've helped them through it. It's just a local property office doing what we can to help our neighbors find a decent place to live or work.
