You can find us on New Sanganer Road in the Nandpuri area, right at number 173. The road outside is always loud with traffic, which is something we just got used to over the years. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something steady. Most days start with us opening the shutters and checking what needs to be delivered or picked up. It is a small setup, nothing too big or complicated. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the shop. Some customers have been coming to us for a long time, so we know their names and what they usually need. The space inside is mostly filled with stock, so it can get a bit cramped if we have a big shipment come in. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking to each other. Sometimes it gets stressful when things get delayed, but we just handle it as it comes. We keep a ledger on the desk to track things, and we try to stay organized, though it’s not always easy when it’s busy. The weather affects how many people come in, especially when it rains and the road gets messy. We just keep the lights on and stay open until it’s time to head home.
