Samundra Properties

We’re located at Samundra Properties, right over at 41585 Jaipur G P O on Station Road. Being near Anwar Estate makes it pretty easy to find if you know the area. The station road is always buzzing with people coming and going from the trains, so it never really gets quiet around here. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have the usual stuff like a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit when it’s on high. We spend our days going through listings and talking to folks who stop by while they’re waiting for their commute. It’s a busy life being on such a major road. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we’re constantly wiping down the tables. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know the Jaipur layout pretty well. We’ve seen the buildings around Anwar Estate change quite a bit over the years. Our routine is fairly set; we come in, check the mail from the GPO nearby, and get to work on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like the energy of Station Road even if it’s loud. There’s a small shop next door that sells great samosas, so that’s often our lunch. We just take things one day at a time here and hope for a good breeze.
