Our office is located on the third floor of a building in Moti Nagar, right near Queens Road in Vaishali Nagar. It’s Flat T-01 at P NO 189. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs sometimes, but the view of the neighborhood is alright. We spend most of our days working on building projects around this part of the city. Being Samanvay Buildtech means we deal with a lot of the technical side of construction and making sure the sites are running the way they should. The team here is small, and we mostly just talk shop over tea. We don’t really go in for those big glossy brochures you see other companies using. We’d rather just show you the work we’ve finished nearby. Vaishali Nagar is getting crowded these days, so finding good space to build is always a challenge. We tackle the day-to-day problems that come with any construction job. Sometimes things go slow with permits or materials, but we just keep pushing through it. Most of us have lived in the area for years, so we know the local streets and how the local government offices work. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign in Moti Nagar. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state, just a reliable group that does what we say we’re going to do. It’s hard work, but it pays the bills.
