Our office is at 88-89, Guru Jambeshwar Nagar. It’s right off Gandhi Path in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a very busy area these days. There’s always noise from the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. At Samani Associates Private Limited, we do a lot of associate work for different projects. It’s mainly about connecting people and sorting out the details of land and buildings. The office stays busy. We have a lot of walk-ins because of the location. Vaishali Nagar is where everything seems to be happening now. Our space is pretty functional. We have desks, some old chairs for visitors, and a cooling unit that makes too much noise. We don’t mind it though. It feels like a real workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just want to get the job done correctly. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we expect, which can be frustrating for everyone. We try to explain things clearly without using all that technical jargon. It’s better to just speak plainly. We work long hours during the peak season. It’s a lot of coordination between different parties. But we like the energy of the city. Being on Gandhi Path keeps us right in the middle of the action. It’s a good place for a business like ours to grow slowly and steadily. We often grab snacks from the vendors just outside the building during our afternoon break.
