We aren't doing anything flashy. Most of the time, we are just sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a piece of land. Being developers means there is a lot of waiting on approvals and making sure the measurements are right. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us drinking tea and looking at a site map. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We know the local landscape pretty well because we spend so much time driving between the office and different plots.
