Our office is over on Moti Doongri Road in Jaipur. We are up on the second floor of Sunshine Enclave, at Plot 9A. It's a busy part of the city. Salamudeen Developers Private Limited is basically just a group of us trying to get these projects finished. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to suppliers. Jaipur is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the traffic on Moti Doongri Road is a real headache, especially in the evenings. We’ve been at this for a while. It’s mostly about making sure the materials show up on time and the workers have what they need. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of maps of the city. Building things in Jaipur takes a lot of patience with all the regulations and the heat. We just take it day by day. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the phone or checking over some plans. It’s regular work, nothing too flashy. We focus on the practical side of developing sites. Sometimes the coffee machine works, sometimes it doesn't. That’s just the way the office goes. We’re glad to be part of the neighborhood here. It's a lot of work but we enjoy seeing the city grow and change while we work on these different plots around the town.
