Our business is out in the Ramchandrapura Industrial Area, specifically at G 2309 in the Sitapura Extension. It’s quite a distance from the center of Jaipur, located near Poornima University. It’s an area full of warehouses and factories. We work on fashion and garments here. The building is large and open so we can fit all our equipment. It gets very hot in the summer because the roof is high and the sun beats down on it. We have fans going all day to keep everyone comfortable. It’s a very hands-on environment. There is always the sound of machines or people shouting to be heard over the noise. We aren't a polished company with a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll likely see people working in their shirtsleeves with tape measures around their necks. We deal with a lot of bulk orders, so there are always piles of finished clothes waiting to be packed. We hire a lot of local people from around Sitapura. It’s a tough job sometimes, and the hours can be long when we are behind schedule. We just focus on getting the garments out the door. It’s a simple operation without any corporate fluff. We take pride in just doing the job we said we would do. The commute is long for some of us, but we like the space we have out here.
