Saishakuntalam Apparels Private Limited

Our workplace is on the ground floor of JKG Heights, which is in the Govind Vihar area near Lalarpura Gandhi Path West. It’s a part of Vaishali Nagar that has been growing a lot lately. We focus on making apparels. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to get through the day. We have several rows of sewing machines and large tables for cutting the fabric. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it stays a little quieter that way. We aren't some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people trying to make a living. Most mornings, I’m the first one in to open the shutters. We spend a lot of time checking the stitching and making sure the sizes are correct before anything leaves the building. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we have a lot of fabric scraps on the floor by the end of the shift. We just sweep it up and start again the next day. People in the neighborhood know us as the apparel folks. We don’t do anything too fancy or use complicated machines. It’s mostly just skill and patience. We like being in Vaishali Nagar because the atmosphere is decent. It’s not always easy running a business, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have any slogans, just the daily tasks.
