We are S S Tours Operators and you can find us at Imliwala Phatak, right across from the actual Imli Ka Phatak. It is a very well-known landmark, so people usually find us without any trouble. Our office is simple. We have some maps on the wall and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. We spend our time organizing trips and talking to drivers. It isn't a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting for confirmations and checking on road conditions. Being opposite the phatak means we see the trains go by all the time. It’s a noisy spot but it has a lot of energy. We aren't trying to be some global travel giant. We just know the local roads and the best ways to get around this part of the country. A lot of our regulars are neighbors or people who work nearby. We sit down, have some tea, and talk about where they need to go. Sometimes things go wrong with a car or a booking, and we just have to fix it as fast as we can. That’s just how the tour business works. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is possible and what isn't. It’s a humble business run by local people who know the area. The office is small but it has enough room for everyone to sit and wait.
