Our office is on Kabir Marg, specifically at No. 104/151, which is quite close to Vijay Path in the Agarwal Farm area of Mansarovar. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. At Rt International, we handle a lot of logistics and paperwork that comes with moving goods around. The office is usually a mess of tracking slips, customs forms, and coffee mugs. We aren't one of those high-end firms with a glass building; we are just in a regular neighborhood spot where we can keep an eye on things. Mansarovar is a good place to be, even if the traffic on Kabir Marg can be a nightmare during rush hour. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents or trying to track down a package that’s stuck somewhere. It is mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, typing away and hoping the internet doesn't go down. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk. We just tell people what is happening with their stuff and try to keep things moving. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in, but usually, we try to get out at a decent hour. It’s a practical, everyday sort of business where we just focus on the logistics of the day and try to stay ahead of the paperwork.
