Our office is located at 205, F-72 on Subhash Marg in C Scheme. It’s one of those older buildings where the walls are thick and it stays a bit cooler in the summer. We’ve been operating Royal Pinkcity Developers & Promoters from here for a while. It’s a busy part of town, so parking is always a bit of a struggle for us and anyone visiting. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of property development and promotion work, but it’s mostly just us talking to people and looking at land. We don't use any fancy software or big presentations. Usually, it's just a map spread out on a desk and some pens. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all day looking at sites, so when we get back to Subhash Marg, it’s nice to just sit down. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. The staff here is small, just a few people who have worked together for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like to work. It’s a bit informal, maybe too much for some people, but we find it’s the best way to get things done without getting stuck in red tape. We’re just local people trying to make a living in the real estate business here in Jaipur. We don't promise the moon, just honest work and fair dealings.
