Our place is on Jhotwara Road, specifically in Sanjay Nagar B. We are right on the main Kalwar Road, which stays busy from morning till night. It’s 8 Jhotwara Road if you’re looking for the exact number. We handle a lot of hardware and power tools. It’s a noisy spot with all the traffic passing by, but we’re used to it. The shelves are packed with hammers, wrenches, and all kinds of power equipment. We spend a lot of time explaining to people which tool is right for what they’re trying to build at home. It’s mostly local contractors and DIY guys who come in. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is hidden in the back. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped because we try to stock so many different items. We don't really have a fancy philosophy about what we do. We just sell hardware. When a customer comes in with a broken bolt or needs a specific drill bit, we help them find it. The floor is concrete and we usually have grease on our clothes by noon. It’s honest work. We stay open pretty late because people often realize they’ve forgotten something they need for the next morning. We just try to be there when they need us and provide what is on the shelf. Some days are longer than others, but we don't really mind the extra hours.
