At Reva Buildhome Pvt Ltd, we operate out of B-7 Bani Park on Shiv Marg. This part of the city has changed a lot since we first started working here. Bani Park used to be much quieter, but now there is always some sort of building work happening on every other street. Our office is where we handle the boring side of construction, like the permits and the architectural drawings that seem to take months to get approved. We are not a massive corporation with a glass building; we just have a regular setup where we meet with contractors and people looking to buy a home. Some days are just spent staring at site plans and drinking coffee while waiting for someone to show up for a meeting. We deal with a lot of brick and mortar stuff, so things can get a bit messy. Shiv Marg is a nice spot, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We have seen a lot of families move into the area over the years. Most of our time is spent making sure the builders are doing what they are supposed to do and checking on the progress of the projects. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, like materials arriving late or the rain stopping work, but we just deal with it as it comes.
