You can find us at Number 1, Nageshwar Colony. It was one of the first houses here. We turned part of it into our workspace for Real Shreeji Developers India Privatelimited. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have so many files from over the years. We handle property development and land deals mostly. It’s the kind of business where you spend a lot of time waiting for permissions. Nageshwar Colony is a pretty central spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People just know we are here. The team is small. Usually, it’s just me and a couple of assistants. We spend our mornings checking on the various plots we are working on. By afternoon, we are back at the office finishing the paperwork. It gets a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once. We don’t use much fancy software. Most things are written down in registers or kept in folders. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things but it works for us. We’ve seen the colony change a lot since we started. There are more shops now and the roads are paved better. We just keep doing our bit. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It’s about building a reputation over time, one day at a time. We also try to keep the garden outside looking somewhat decent.
