You can find us at the RIICO industrial area, specifically at Plot G-1-154. It’s a bit of a drive out depending on where you're coming from, but it’s where all the real manufacturing happens. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, which keeps us on our toes. Mostly, we make stuff for women that actually fits and feels okay to wear. We spend most of our hours on the floor, watching the machines and making sure the thread doesn't bunch up. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the summer heat in the shed can be quite something, but we get through it. We aren't a big multinational with fancy offices. Our office is basically a desk in the corner of the production space. We like it that way because we can see exactly what is being made at any moment. There’s no layers of management to go through here. If something is wrong, we just talk to the person at the machine and sort it out right then. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don’t have a marketing team writing pretty words for us. We just make the clothes, pack them into the boxes, and send them out. It’s a busy life at the RIICO site, but it keeps us busy and the team is like a little family. We just keep working until the job is done. It's not fancy, but it works.
